In the Air & Sea Logistics business area, we offer our customers comprehensive logistics services ranging from standard air freight to premium and special express services. We cover all common temperature ranges, use passive packaging and thermal covers according to specifications, and provide active cool containers or advanced passive containers as required.
Our quality management system is based on the requirements of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and is centrally controlled by a global team. We are GDP-compliant and have been awarded IATA CEIV Pharma certification on three continents. In accordance with the stringent requirements of the life science and healthcare industry, we ensure that specially trained staff are available for complex tasks. In audits conducted by our customers, we consistently demonstrate that we meet the necessary requirements.
Regarding possible deviations or discrepancies, we have also defined and successfully implemented a comprehensive process – CAPA (corrective action preventive action) – which is universally applied. Additionally, we have a GDP-compliant subcontractor network. To this end, we control our subcontractors via a global interface management system and conduct audits to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout. Product integrity in accordance with the legislation in the respective country or region and fulfilling safety expectations are mandatory for us.
